It appears that Evolution Performance will have this tune available to the general public very soon. It sounds awesome if you ask me. Just hoping that the other major players will follow up with their own in-house versions.

Maybe the mic was bad, but I'm guessing the second one was supposed to sound better? Sounded very choppy.

I'm thinking a mic problem, but it gives a general idea of what you can accomplish with just a tune ala Boss302. Sounds very promissing.

I agree. And they spliced it too. Choppy vs lopey. Went from refined to kind of an old truck.

Why in gods name would you want your car to sound like uncle buck's grand marquis? Can we please drag this car and the culture surrounding it out of the dark ages?

Just curious, but how is it the dark ages when you are using a customized computer program to get a car to sound the way you want it to? I get you don't like it, but you don't need to bash the ones that do.

I love a good lope. That one just didn't do it for me.

Oh I'll admit that one doesn't sound quite right at all, but shows the possibilities with some more work. It also probably sounds a bit better in person than we are hearing it from the recording. I just think the "dark ages" comment was a bit much seeing as it's all personal preference.

I'd rather have big cams & not sound like it; than sound like big cams, & not have them.

Usually when a car is camming out that badly it's a beast, not a near-stock 400 HP car. :P

It would be nice to see different levels of idle desired. I personally would like something between the Boss idle and the Evolution Performance idle.

Overall I like the sound. It will be interesting to see what it sounds like with different exhaust set ups.

This is a great alternative for those not wanting/having the funds for real cams.
