Merging...we don't need a billion threads

 

The more orange, the more I'm apt to like it. I didn't like Grabber Orange these past couple years because there was too much yellow and not enough orange in it. They took away my fav color - Screaming Yellow. Next to black, orange would be a good alternative. But not if it's too yellowy or goldishy (as if that were a word!)

I'll have to see Grabber Blue in person before making a decision, but it looks like it's going to be a winner if the Amber Gold fails for me. Especially if a SE comes out, I'll be picking it up in GB! FTW!

 

Well, shucky-darns.

 

The white gauges look cool with the large quarter sized cover overtop of the needle dial.

And it looks like the space between the center vents, that the block plate flips.

 

Thank goodness for this site, as on the 2010 site, the pic is still padlocked!

Whilst I like what I see, even I'll admit I'm a little disappointed with today's reveal, as we'll seen most of this before.

No, hitting "refresh" on the 2010 site didn't seem to work - I had to log back into the site before I could see it

 

to me it says ( sports car ) not pony car ... it`s in the vette and viper genre now ...

 

I think it looks really sharp. Not liking the speedo seems to only be 120 maybe 140mph. it should be offered 160 minimum.

 

Do I detect a hint of nav screen in the center stack? Hard to tell...

 

The steering wheel has the driver oriented 'grips' at the 10 & 2 o'clock positions as well...

 

Why?

 

depending on the quality of the materials, the interior seems to be much more in line with the upper/middle class european sports coupes - audi, mb, porsche, bmw. again, depending on the actual quality of the materials, based just on the design. if the materials are ... well ... not that good then that will drag the whole design level way down.
it seems to be very well done, simple with enough tech to keep the tech heads happy, without going to the extreem that japanese cars seem to do, and without all the supercar tech that requires a manual just to start the car.
definately head and shoulders above the camaro and challenger (again, based only on what we see and with no idea of the materials) and into the euro car levels, amazingly, without losing the mustang heritage.
