2010 Teaser pics from Ford - Nov 12th up... sorta

Haven't seen these posted. Found them on the launch site. Rim looks cool. You can see a little more detail of the hip on the vert pic. Looks like the plan on unlocking a pic once a week.

Nice!

It really does look to me like the 'vert has a different, smaller hip than the coupe.

Nice.. thanks for posting those.

The steering wheel looks hawt.

And you can actually make out the hip on the door/quarter panel in this picture (versus the invisible hip on the camo-paint vert spy shots)

Oh, also looks like a solid emblem on the steering wheel.. I remember reading alot of posts about the pony under the clear plastic layer developing spots/blemishes from sun exposure.. this should solve that problem.

It almost looks like the grill trim/headlight divider has a brushed metallic finish. That should look interesting if that's the case.

the more i see of the update the more i like of it. i still dont want to trade in my 06, however if Ford surprises and brings the 10 out with power and suspension upgrades to match the skin updates it will definately be difficult not to consider it.
definately like the way the hip hop up whatever is done, restrained not overboard. like the gold colour as well though i would still be getting one in blue.

Noticed that too. I wonder if that's an option because a few spy pics have it body colored. Gives it a '69 Mach 1 look.

I really wish the area between the tail lights wasn't concave! Looks like my hopes for a rear medallion that covers the keyhole that doesn't look like a fake gas cap are dashed

Remember though they introduced the 05 in a color (the silver one with stripes & white letter tires) that wasn't offered in 05 production models if memory serves.

Yeah, Titanium silver become Tungsten in 2006.
05 never offered it

I love the front side profile.
Nice and clean compared to the current model.
Even the area from the front light into the side and wheel buldges is a LOT smoother.

Is it black or is it a brushed metallic color?

I believe this color is Amber Gold, which is currently a color on the 2009 Focus (I have that color on my lot). So if they already have it available on another car, and they did a test run on Mustangs a year or so ago (the spy shot behind the fence with a Grabber Blue current gen car), then I believe this color will be coming out for 2010. Just a guess, but a pretty good one.

Looks like Brad tagged the pics and made them easier to see. Thanks Brad.

Did you notice the ac vent on left of the drivers steering wheel is inset not protruding, like the gauges. Also the outline of the gauges are flush (maybe to adress the glare issue?)

This car is going to look so **** sweet!!!!! I have heard rumors of Ford still using the 4.6 but a modded version capable of about 350-375 horepower. Does anybody here think that this motor is achievable in production form. Seems like it would need to be particularly high end to get those kinda numbers?
