2010 Teaser pics from Ford - Nov 12th up... sorta
I honestly think that they are doing it this way to try and create a false sense of anticipation over what boils down to a few tweaked body panels (at least until the 5.0).
It's funny because as has been mentioned, the only people who really care about the teaser pics are Mustang geeks like us. The average consumer doesn't know or care about the new pic every Wednesday, however, we're also the ones who know the 5.0 is coming in 2011 and are therefore less than blown away by the simple body tweaks of the 2010. So basically, they're only showing a small segment of people who have bigger concerns (ie actual performance and engineering), some fleeting glimpses of something we don't even care that much about overall (new headlights...kinda...wow).
Seems weird.
I mean I'm kinda interested to see what the finished product looks like, but I don't care if it's Scarlett Johansen on wheels...ultimately what's underneath is what really matters to me (and I assume other that are here). I also think we have all realized by this point that it isn't going to be big departure from the current model anyway.
I guess the point of all this rambling is...stop dickin' around Ford and just give me my 5.0/6sp/IRS already! I don't need to see another half shadowed part of a headlight. It's getting insulting to those of us who know better.
Ahhhh, I really needed to get that off my chest.

BTW, I had windshield antennas on my former '70 T-Bird and '72 Gran Prix--they worked just fine in the city, but I'm guessing might not have pulled in stations as well out in the country.
They could make several antenna changes -- but front or back the mast is the cheapest way to go. If they have to save money there -- it just makes the 14" aftermarket piece the way to go. But I'm with some of the others here -- I never listen to AM/FM anymore. Even though I'm still waiting to be able to get my favorite XM channels on Sirius, it is satellite, CD or MP3 for me. Who needs a stinkin' radio antenna -- but give me a better looking painted satellite piece or an integrated shark fin on the back of the deck lid that means the convertible has only ONE antenna -- not two.

For now, I know you want to see more, but its what they are doing and we can't do anything about it. Personally, I'm glad they are doing this reveal this way, compared to the Camaro. They showed that car at the Auto Show in 2006, and we've seen this same car for the past 3 years, and its still not out. By the time it does release, a re-design is gonna be necessary as it isn't new anymore. From the spy shots, the car is gonna look sweet, both inside and out, but we gotta wait our turn to see it. And about the 5.0? Ford's new strategy is to replace the powertrain in a refreshed car the following year of the re-fresh (see the 2009 Escape). Be patient bud, the design is gonna be worth it.

Be patient just a bit longer Eduardo, as there's just one month left to go. And before you know it, the 2010 will finally be revealed at the L.A. Auto Show

I was hoping that as the reveal date got closer, the pics would be more revealing....btw...saw an Amder Gold Focus today....Looked kinda gay on the focus, but it will be cool on the Stang
