I know I know I want it here as bad as you do. I am working to get the info on the arrival date. SEMA has some of the manufacturers running circles right now and it has almost impossible to get a call back this week and it is not going to get any better next week as far as response. I wish I knew when it will be here but I dont know. I have even been sending daily e-mails trying to get the arrival date and I have not heard back yet. I know it is being built but I would just like to know when it will be here.

I am not saying any more dates because I dont have anything accurate. All I know is it is in the works. I will update as soon as I have info dont worry about that because I want you all to know about it. I am sure to know more next week.

I know you'll let us know of any updates...I just wanted this to stay on the front page. Hopefully we can have some people lined up to purchase this H Pipe from you before it's ready to go!

I know I'm good for one!

OK

I'm down for a group buy. But that's gonna have to be up to Brent. I don't know if he'll jump right into that, but I would get in if possible!

Let's keep this going guys.

<<<Hypothetically Speaking errr Typing>>>

If Brent was down with a group buy, who would be interested.

I myself am buying one as soon as he gives it his approval!

I like the FRPP axle backs for sound, but I think it kinda sucks that they don't add any power. I also love the stock sound, but wish it was a bit louder.

How do yall think this offroad H pipe would sound mated with the stock mufflers? Do you think it would keep the same stock sound, but be louder?

I'm also guessing the offroad H pipe will yield power gains, especially with a tune, no?

Put me down for one on the group buy.

Clockworks: I think it would definately be louder, but I'm pretty sure the stock sound would change a bit. I know when I had my cats removed, it made my Flowmasters MUCH louder, but changed the sound a bit as well. I'm gonna add some hi flow resonators to the one I get from Brent to see if I can tone down the sound just a wee bit. Alternative auto is running some resonators on their custom exhaust, they claim it's deep and doesn't pop as much.

Kevin - Do you have any sound clips of your custom h-pipe? I am assuming Brents o/r h-pipe will sound the same.

Chris - I am pretty sure Brent's pipe will be an off-road version. Otherwise if he had one with cats it would be defeating the purpose of changing it out since it would be the same at stock....unless they are high flow cats.

I do not have any sound clips. I'm assuming it sound the same as Brent's as well. It is loud, but it's definately not as raspy as x-pipes. Still has some pop and crackle to it though, that's why I'm gonna try the resonators on the pipe from Brent. Trying not to butcher my stock h-pipe anymore than I have already. I may try to get a sound clip or 2 this weekend if I go to my hometown to visit.

But they do, just not at peak! There's a nice increase down low. Traction became harder to come by after I installed mine.

Thanks Kevin. Yeah I definitely want to get rid of the raspy higher pitch tone I now have. I think it sounded great with the stock h-pipe and the Flows....but I wanted it louder and a deeper aggressive tone. Hopefully it doesnt pop and crackle too much with Brent's new pipe.

By the way, I talked to Brent yesterday afternoon and he said that he is still waiting to hear back from his contact at the manufacturer of the h-pipe. I guess that manufacturer is busy getting ready for SEMA, so we are all kinda on the back burner till then. Maybe Brent has some updates today.
