Well the cats would be the difference. I actually liked that sound clip.

Okay the wife got home and the wind laid down so I did the same 3 vids again with the wife at the camera controls kinda. The wind noise and other cars are absent from these vids. This is the best I can do to show you guys my new sound..

I like the mellow smooth tone... I think you have alrady answered this but as far as loudness, how did this system compare to the offroad prochamer and stingers?

Hey Adam...from inside the car it is not nearly as loud as the offroad Prochamber and the Borla Stingers. That setup at least to me was very obnoxious sounding. Way loud!! This new setup seems to project it's sound out of the back of the car to the general public and NOT into the car annoying the driver....at least that is my first impressions after just a couple of days...

Well I guess when comparing it to the GTA's I just took off it's not as loud. They were "way loud". As you can tell it still has plenty of volume with the Maggies. The wife still says she can hear me 1/2 mile away. The Maggies just seem to have under control all the the rough and raw sounds I hated in my previous exhaust setups.

O.K. Scott,
Finally got a few vids done of mine.
It's loud, raw & raspy. Actually, I'd like to tone down the rasp on it, but have to find some axle-backs that are about midway to what you have & what I've got.
Only 1 drive-by, most are in-car clips. I had to use my daughter #3's boyfriend for a cameraman in one sequence, he had just woken up from my future son-in-laws bacheler party & was quite hung-over, as his camera skills show

Hey Larry....Glad you are back!!! You clips sound good. Now the camera skills need some work for sure. Nice pics of your dash!!! I am not sure what is in between the GTA's and my Magnaflow's but I wish you luck in your search!!.. Are you still in for the dyno day at Brenspeed in late May??? Hope so. You might be surprised. The Maggies are not all that quiet with our longtube setup.

You gave up the Pypes mid system for THAT? Didn't you used to have the Pypes mid-muffler setup? You must just like playing around with your exhaust system because I love the deep rumble of the Pypes. Those GTA's sound like my old JBA's...

I agree^^^ but different mufflers sound better with Longtubes though. He probably didn't like the sound of the PMM with the LT's or it was too loud. But I think the Pypes mid muffler at least with stock headers can't be beat, IMO...
