Just wondering, I have LT Headers, would I be able to get a turbo, still using my LT's? Or would I have to take them off and sell em before a turbo??

Im well over 500 for 5000mi or so and beat on it every day, its really in the tune. And the weak link on our 3V is the rods, we might throw in a forged set and see how far we can push the stock pistons.

The same person who made the "canned" tune. That tune would be good enough and some people set it at 7psi and forget it. His name is Scott Beer from South Florida Tuning. It will be done in Melbourne at Trickpro Motorsports.

I'm going through all the parts getting ready for this first weekend. What you see in those pics is only the half of it - in the boxes are all the tiny pieces.

It's somewhat overwhelming, but I'll just do one step at a time (there are close to 90 steps to the install).

I really wanted to call in tomorrow to get a 3-day weekend, but I'll just wait.

While I'm waiting for the weekend, I guess I'll post this to see if anybody can help me:

I think I'll get a Boost/Vacuum gauge instead of a Boost Pressure gauge. If I only have 8psi, it seems silly to have a gauge that goes up to 30 (that's the lowest I can find). This one goes up to 20, and I can watch the vacuum, too:

I have the Autometer Cobalt vac/boost gauge and even though it goes to 30psi, I still love it. You can install a "T" on the vacuum line that runs to the fuel pressure regulator, in the driver's side fuel rail.

Here you can see where I tapped into the fuel crossover line for my fuel gauge; below it is the "T" for the boost gauge on the vac line I mentioned above.

I have to tie into that line for the Blow-Off valve, too (I think). It says "the blow-off valve must be activated by intake manifold pressure". It also says to connect to "an intake manifold source such as the OEM fuel pressure regulator". I'm guessing that's where I tee the blow-off valve to. It seems pretty obvious.

Then, I guess I can put a second tee for the gauge in the same line?
