Furthermore this is the same kit applied to the GT500. Does anyone have this combination yet? And how do you like it??

Also those prices are about $1,000 cheaper than whipples suggested retail, which would be great!

Yeah, wondering what is in the kit, and will it be any cheaper than the roush.
I know the Roush kit is intercooled... if the whipple isn't, i'm sure that could save cash

Those are for the FRPP supercharger kit
Not the FR4 SuperPack, which is yet to be decided for part number.
What I mean was... is it intercooled or not, does it come with the Shelby fuel pump? injectors? etc etc

1). Whipple's history of pushing back the release date.
2). If it really is to be released in the next ten days, why don't they have pricing finalized?
Just my $.02

I know this might be a stupid question so forgive me cause my GT is my first new car and I'm only 20. Young = Stupid. But Since this Supercharger is produced by Ford Racing, and if it was installed by a Ford Dealership, does that mean it woun't affect my warranty if its kept at a certain boost? Thanks for being patient guys....

I don't believe young = stupid, just young = notasexperienced.![Icon Mrgreen](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif)
As simple and nice as that would be, unfortunately they don't have to offer the warrantee on it. I believe FRPP hasn't offered a warrantee with the superchargers in the past, since they're considered aftermarket. There are rumors that the new Whipple charger might come with warrantee, but so far I don't think that's been confirmed. It sure would make it more appealing, and probably have quite a few more people scrambling to get the cash together for one, including myself.

It depends on your dealer. If you have your dealer install it, if they are willing or competent to do so, and they say they will honor warranty work as long as you take it to them, then sure.
If you take it anywhere else, I'd expect to be hassled.
It's hit and miss really, talk to your preferred dealer for service.

Yeah... I'm really more concerned about the SC voiding my factory warranty rather than having a warranty on the actual SC.... If it didn't..... I'd order one of these ASAP!
And I guess your right Jay I'm not stupid just not as experienced

Saleen clears the stock hood...but is slightly taller
Can't see why this wouldn't either, as the Roush fits under the stock hood and this is roughly the same placement. The FR500C has the whipple and the stock hood as well.
