Yeah, I've been having a lot of problems tonight with the connection timing out. It's being very, very slow if it does indeed work.

LOL! It's a very good PS job from Bill2.

As far as my 'My-Color' setting, its whatever the factory setting. Believe it or not, I haven't messed around with it yet.

Phil wasn't around when the Crash of 2006 happened. TMS was down for a month!

And to boot, 100's (even 1000's) of valuable posts were lost from the crash.

Cool, I went into AT&T to correct a problem with my bill and while waiting to get served I played with one. I was very impressed with it. Not only is the screen very sharp and readable, but the interface is quite intuitive as well. The only thing I can't figure out is why the keyboard would not turn like everything else. Did directions from Prattville to Houston and it was pretty good as well as quick to load. The sound was decent without earphones and I even surfed to TMS. That was a pretty slow load but then it was that way yesterday anyways. I went to the POTR, scrolled down and there was your car getting tint. I couldn't believe the picture quality... That thing rocks!

If you rotate to landscape first, then bring up the keyboard, it'll be in landscape mode.
The keyboard seems to lock into whatever screen orientation its first brought up in.
Still trying to get used to the '2 thumb' typing mode. Having big thumbs, I always keep hitting the adjacent keys!

I found it was faster and more accurate to use my index finger to type with. Might just be me. But then I didn't have too much time to play with it. The other thing I couldn't figure out was how to zoom the display. For instance on the the home page here the small words were readable but very close together when trying to go to the forums section. I managed to hit it on the first try but it would have been easier to zoom up a bit. But like I said, it's a pretty awesome... well heck, calling it a phone doesn't even seem right! It is awesome... Look out Star Trek, here we come!

Easy.. use your index finger and thumb to zoom out or in on the surface glass.

Now I kinda wish I hooked up the Bluetooth and iPod adapters in my Alpine.

Ehh.. it's okay, it's a sports car, not a rolling multi-media center!

Come on, you dropped 600 bucks on the phone what's another 130 ?

Bill,
do you have the part #'s handy, or are they in you write up, for the bolts needed to do pullies. Crank and alternator ?? I may, if the guy responds back, be getting some this weekend and installing.

Guys I'm up in NY visiting my parents and brothers/sister until Tuesday so you're on your own, play nice...........................

Oh and this is also my anual trip to Nascar races at Watkins Glen road course, 15th in a row. Babes, gas, tires, burning rubber, (maybe beer, maybe more beer) Its a circus to say the least but its great to be a spectator.

Be good gents and oh the temp is 75, sure beats the oppresive 100 temp 99 humidity we are having in H-Town. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

True (on the 130). But now I'm turning my 600 phone to a 730 one!

Heck, I'll probably end up getting it anyway.

Any bolt (cad plated or black, not the cheapo silver ones that'll start rusting) that John mentioned will do.

Here's the crank bolt PN# (btw, most dealers need a day to get it, not usually in stock):

I'm pretty sure it's a 18mm bolt head and the Steeda starter bolt is a 19mm head.
