Looks pretty cool there Phil!

Did you install these wet or dry? Just curious, I'm thinking if you installed them with solution (like the BSM mix), they'll lay flat with minimal bubbles, if any.

All you need now in that sill area are the MGW seat buckles.

Laid them wet so they should flatten out well enough.

Its awfully quiet tonight Bill, everyone is gone lately.........

Well I'm going to try and get the Steeda Ultra Lites installed this weekend. Slow goes it but hopefully I can get her done. I have a helper so that should provide the extra hands I need.

Also looks like I have a shop lined up for the 4.10's so when I get the money in late August I'll line that up. Can't wait for that, I'll need to have Doug give me a new tune to take into account for the new gears, unless I can tweak the setting myself. I hate to mess with Doug's tunes though, rather have the expert do it. How did you do it Bill, correct the new gear setting with the SCT yourself or have Doug give you a corrected tune?

Let me just say, although there's only 14 bolts in the kit, don't be fooled. This install literally kicked my butt and took me (with help) a good 7 hours. Can you believe that?

AND, I'm not 100% done yet. Still needs a little adjustment with a custom shim Kevin fabricated for me (which btw, looks super cool and good enough for retail) for the BMP loop to MGW shifter clearance issue.

Pics and write-up tomorrow. I'm in no mood right now to upload pics.

First of all awesome job on the install. But how long do you think it would take without all of the photo documentation and such?

thanks

I'd estimate 2-4 hours depending on having the right tools and having a helper or not. Mine took longer because of the learning curve, doing things out of sequence (my write-up sequence is the way I would do it if I had to install another one), issues with the MGW to BMR clearance, shim fabrication, etc.

I am very you did this write up. I would have thought it was a 10-20 unbolt-bolt deal and would have never paid attention to detail that needs to be done.

If a different saftey look is used do you need to have the shim??

Kyle Love the rims. When are you getting them installed

Phil The door sill stickers look very nice. It's a good complement to the interior. Good luck with the spring install. This weekend is a non-mustang weekend for me, I overloaded last weekend.

Leo Hey... I just got word about the Oct SD show. I'm good to go !! I'll send off the registration in the next day or so. I am also up for the Hardcore Aug26th show/cruise.
