Daryl- Did you leave the Mustang sills like me or did you cut them off too? I'd volunteer to send you my left over trim but Bill's got first dibs. I'm sure he'll have plenty leftover considering the packaging contains 25'. So if you don't find it by then I can send you the rest of my trim.

Bill-Thanks for answering all of Daryls q's and posting pics.

After going out to the garage and measuring the shaker shroud I found out it takes about 7 1/2 ft of edge trim to do the entire thing. So there should be enough to cover both of you. If Bill could do the shroud trimming sooner rather than later I might be able to send you the remaining trim sometime next week.

I'm 100% positive it ain't goin' down tomorrow or Saturday for that matter. I figure if you drop it in the mail tomorrow, I'll see it on Monday. Then, maybe Kevin and I will go for the trim during next week.

For Leo's mechanical work performed on the Escort today, I award him with the *3* Wrench Mechanic Rating!!!

Good job, Leo!

Swapping pulleys and CMCVs will be a pinch for him now.

I have no fears about doing the delete plates it's just the UDP's I'm worried about since I saw how much trouble it was even though you had the air tools.

The UDP's aren't bad to install, especially if did it a second time.

This time, forget the boiling thing, heat gun all the way!

If you get them, bring it over to Kevin's and I'll borrow the gear puller again. I'm thinking less than 2 hours hood up to hood down.

yell when you plan on doing this Leo.. I'd like to watch/help if possible.

Has anyone ever done the "market research" when you get a new car ?? This is the second one that I've been invited to, and the 100 bucks at the end isn't bad, and I'm hoping to see either a newer Mustang, Bullit, BOSS, something. Maybe even the Challenger ?? Who knows ?

Will do. I've gotten a couple but never went. I guess I'll go next time I get one.

I've been invited to three now. The first two was when I had my VW GTi and I got to see the new Ford Focus before it hit the states, so I am assuming it was a Ford deal then. The second time I got to the place and they realized that I had a 2Dr GTi not a 4Dr and I couldn't participate but they gave me the 125 bucks because I drove out to Pomona. This time it's at the LA Convention Center. For a hundred bucks and a couple hours, what the heck. It's better than cutting Ivy at my dad's house Saturday. Too bad I can sneak in a camera or something.

Ivy is not a person it is a foul scourge of a plant that ever forsake a front or back yard. For some reason it was uber popular in the 50's/60's and now I'm working with my dad to rid the yard, it was once 3/4 covered in this crud, now we're down to about 10% or maybe even less. This stuff is at least 50 years old and it's taking forever to get rid of it.

When I'm not enjoying the Mustang on the weekend, I'm working in at my Mom & Dad's house w/Dad killing Ivy.

Did I mention I hate this stuff ??
