Wow. That looks pretty fancy. Bet if someone had that at the carshow, it would stand out big time.

+1 I'd vote for a car with that cover in a hearbeat.

Tom/Susan you know you want it.

Put the stock tires on the rear!
That's it! We have to give Tom a THC test!

Excellent choice, Daryl!

I forgot about Kev when I ordered mine, but I did buy my TMS carcover from him!

I want that battery cover too!

I hope the battery cover doesn't cost more than $50 when they finally release it.

I wonder if that cover goes over the OEM battery blanket or replaces it?

I have a battery Tender wire coming off the battery that'll need to poke through somewhere from that cover.

How about just using the battery cover for show's? I assume that wire is only there when it's sitting in the garage.

Nope - I'm fine with the soft boot. Folds up nice and fits in the trunk.

We're convertibles - we already stand out big time!

It looks durable enough to leave on all the time. I'm sure I can slip the wire through the bottom of the cover on the backside (firewall side) and not be noticable.
And yes, it's only used as a storage charge.

I'll plan on leaving it all black too, no stickers or emblems on it, just some Adam's spray or Z-16 is all that's needed.

You really want me to answer that question??

Well, La-Tee-Da!
... You're right, there's way more coupes on the road and at shows than convertibles.

We had a decent night. Had a good time scaring the kids and making a few cry! My favorite is turning away the pre teens that don't have costumes or have some lame excuse for why they aren't dressed up. Had alot of Rap stars and one clown that tried to tell us that he was dressed up as a school student. I told him to go do his homework . Almost gave one kid a razor to go shave with instead of candy.

Tricks for treats right?

I went trick or treating untill I was 18 but always had a costume. What can I say it's my favorite holiday. I guess I'll have to wait till I have kids before I go do it again.

By the way, got your note. I'll have to see what I got planned this weekend. I might come spectate on Friday, but not doing any racing till the car is broke in some more. Gotta get the Harley out on the road this weekend also, I haven't ridden it since I got home....Shame on me!!!

Dyno run quote

Guys..
A local Ford/Mustang Tuner is quoting me $125 for a baseline dyno run, 3 pulls, no adjustments/tuning (don't want them messing with Doug's tune anyway).

Couple questions...

Should I go for it to see what kind of numbers I'm putting out?

If yes, what tunes should I load for the pulls? I'm thinking 91T/P/R so I can see the difference. Or pull it 3x with the Race?

They use a Dynojet dynometer.

I would do it
Should there really be a HP difference in the 91 tunes ??
I would do all three if it were three pulls. JMO.
