Guess they would look on mine, then, too! PW is always clean!

They'll call or email when the H-Pipes are ready to ship. Should be soon they said.

Oh believe me I will do a Bill and Tom **** type of inspection before I take possesion of the car. From the looks of it though it doesn't appear the glass caused any scratches inside or outside the car.

Looks awesome..
Thanks!

1. what knid of paint do I use?(brand and type)
It is VHT Brake Caliper, Drum, and Rotor Paint - withstands up to 1200 degrees.

2.what color should I get that would match the zinc coated hubs?
For your car, I would just get the zinc coated - then you may not have to paint them at all. I think the holes and slots, as well as the hub and vents are zinc coated.

3.how did you get the center of the calipers black?
That's just the way they were stock. That's just the back of the stock pads.

That's what partshopper told me and if it wasn't for me calling CDC myself I would never have known my chin spoiler was on the way.

I didn't pay yet... I'm just on the top of the waiting list. I emailed last week and they said it would be one week.

And, no, I haven't paid $50 for them, yet! I pay about 16 cents a month for them.

Must be a FL thing - Mike has them.

You paid $380 for side air bags and never drive your car! Don't get me started!
I have wheel locks too. It isn't a FL thing.
For me, I think it's force of habit from years past when I actually parked my fancy wheels in places I couldn't watch them constantly.

Wheel locks came with my car. I've yet to install them as I pray every night that someone will steal them and give me an excuse to buy some I really like.

Mine were not there when the car was unloaded from the truck, but they were there when I picked up the car (hey, where are my 4 regular lug nuts?).

BTW, two people tried to buy it when it was sitting there (in the 2nd pic). That dealership hadn't seen many convertibles.

I didn't know you had those originally. So I guess Bill's the only one who didn't get them.

So how well do these mods work:

Leaky brake cap fix: http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showpo...8&postcount=11
Any recommendations for special PTFE tape?

Short antenna install:
http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showpo...22&postcount=7
Where can I get shorter antennae?

Throttle Response Reset:
http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showpo...&postcount=499
Does it work?

Looks ok... but be sure you don't overkill the interior with stuff like that. If you are doing it so you can look at it, fine... but I don't think anybody will notice that at a car show.

I only painted the speaker covers because a lot of people look inside verts - and that area needed something to spruce it up.

Works good. I just emptied my reservoir down to the line (they are overfilled at the factory) and mine stopped leaking except for a tiny drop now and again. It used to leak like crazy. But, regular ol' teflon tape, I guess.

This seller on eBay. He has them black and stainless:

Never had to try it. Don't think it would hurt to try.

Works great.

You can get a shorter antenna at AmericanMuscle.com or UPR.com. Just know that reception will not be anywhere near the same. If you want to get rid of it all together I'd recommend this from UPR.

If you decide on the antenna delete but still want to get reception then get one of these too.

LEO, I've seen cars with the light switch plate and door handle plates and they always look like they are coming off around the edges

The throttle response thing didn't hurt, couldn't really tell.
