I do too and it sucks we can't get any fresh over here in SA.

 

Mountain of meatballs (ground prime rib...nice and fatty=juicy) and spaghetti tonight.

 

Salmon, rice, corn.

 

Speaking of meatballs I saw on the TV Sunday afternoon during the Talledega 500 race that they serve a 1 pound meatball called 'the big one'!

 

Yeah i wouldnt be ordering that. Probably raw in the middle and burnt on the outside lol

Really? We get live ones down here in Victoria. I can't believe there ain't none being brought in anywhere in SA. But you do get menudo and street tacos. So you've got that going for you.

 

Menudo: the natural cure for constipation.

I've looked every year we've lived in or around SA (18) and only three times have I found live crawfish for sale that were actually alive when I arrived to pick them up. Maybe I need to start making more frequent trips to Victoria in the Spring.

Chinese dumplings. One of my colleagues taught me how to make them. Not sure how much I learned. She had the filling ready, bought premade wrappers, and steamed and fried them. I did at least assemble the dumplings. They were good

 

I love "assembling the dumplings."

 

Those are some nice dumplings you got there maam.

 

Hamburgers and potato salad.

 

Sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs. I ate too much. Now I'm so bloated I am miserable.

 

Don't roll over on your belly in your sleep. You'll get high centered and someone will have to get a winch. (Not a wench. You wish)
