Pulled chicken with white wine and mushroom cream sauce on pappardelle pasta. This meal literally had me in tears...i chopped my pinky while dicing onion, then I accidentally grabbed the pan handle after removing it from the oven, searing all the fingers and thumb on my right hand LOL. My guests were none the wiser lol

It looks to dry for my likes. Was it still tender?

 

Camera angle and lighting. It had no direct light on it. It wasn't dry, trust me. I don't dry out brisket.

 

Good cause that my friend would be a sin!
Did you serve any beans with that?

 

Ate it for Thanksgiving at a friend's house. No beans, and no sauce either. He took one bite and put the sauce back in the fridge. I said, "Told ya. "

Why not just put some turkey or quinoa in it and wear a tampon while you eat it

 

Cause venison is much better and that keeps the tampon wearing crowds and Texans away...
