Wow! I was the one that was going to cook a big ham tonight, I backed out, and everyone else ate pork.

Got the piggy all dressed up, wrapped up and tucked into the stove for a nice long warm nap.
Asian food, cooked by the wife.

From left to right....
Fried Wontons, Kimchi and a sweetened soy sauce mix, a crispy flat bread, pepper cheese, olives, tomatoes, and lettuce, Thai noodles in a spicy peanut sauce, Pulgogi Japchae (the noodles in the yellow bowl) and Pajeon,a Korean vegetable pancake.
Well, I said it was all cooked by my wife, but I actually made the fried wontons.

I don't know if there will be enough, it only weighed about 16lbs.
Seriously though, I've cooked a lot of hams in my day and these that I've been getting from Conecuh when I go to the Gulf are the best ones I've ever eaten. Been cooking them exactly like they suggest (it comes with a Conecuh recipe book).
1/2 cup of Mustard
1 box dark brown sugar
1/4 - 1/2 cup of Coke
Can of pineapple rings in thick syrup
Mix first 3 together into a paste and paint it all over the ham. Hang the pineapple rings on with toothpicks. Wrap in foil in a deep roasting pan and cook on 350 for 20-25 minutes per pound.
I've found it doesn't seem to take that long, I put a couple of probe thermometers in it with remote readout and just cook it until they both hit 160.

The whole house is just full of the scent of a smoked ham.
They should make a candle or air freshener in this scent, lol.
