tonight...BBQ'd pork loin and veggies on top of polenta mash (incl. tomatoes, jalapenos, Sambuca and balsamic)

 

Looks great as usual, Darren. Tonight it's veal saltimbocca.

I sure hope we are able to do so. If we were neighbors I suspect we would have dinner together frequently.

grilled sirloin on fresh herbs, grilled poblano filled with mixed italian cheeses and fresh sweet basil, spinach with a touch of balsamic and slice of extra old Perrano cheese with fig jam

 

Hamburgers.

 

Just had a 20 oz mid rare prime rib, garlic white cheddar bacon mashed taters, and steamed broccoli.

And a couple Stoli rocks, splash of club soda.

 

Wow! That sounds good. But that much beef would do a number on my digestion.

I rarely ever eat much at a time, so I over order when I go out. They had an 8, 12, 16 and 20 oz cut. I normally only eat one meal a day, so when I'm drinking I over order. I only ate about half of what I ordered and boxed up the rest of it so I'll have something to eat later tonight if I get hungry after I drink about a quart of likker, lol.

And I need to correct that last post on the drinks. I ordered Tito's rocks and they didn't have it. So I orderd Stoli rocks. And she came back and they didn't have it either. So I ended up with Ketel One.

Love that movie.
