This is what I read awhile ago. Not sure where they stand now.
Depende on if verizon offers one on the 3G network or if they hold off for the 4G network in 2011. I think if they hold off they may miss the boat. Currenty I have a BB Storm and it just does not cut it for apps or speed.

I played with the storm in the store. Didn't like it. I have the Alias 2. You want to talk about slow!!!
if the iPhone does go to Verizon, expect them to cripple it like they do to all the other phones, and want THEIR user interface on it crippling it even more. Then come the fees to use everything on it.
While I like what the iPhone can do, I like having a flip phone so I won't be in line for one... at least right away. If I really need the non-phone features, there is always the iTouch.
It goes into 2010 and I found a link where they want to extend it into 2011.

I agree, if it ever makes it over to Verizon. It will be the same as it is now, just on the Verizon network. Apple just would never let it become "Verizonized"
I learned that I get to take my car into town to have a new battery (positive) cable installed as the original one just split in half , thank gwad for velcro , you should always keep some in your car, you just never know eh !
I hope you're right. Moto, LG, Sammie, Nokia, etc. all give in. I hope Apple stands strong on what their phone should be able to do, and all the other companies do the same in the future.
Does Blackberry have their own interface or is it a Verizon version?

Funny, I got the same e-mail I wonder how many people between the two of us?? I got it about a week ago.
Even funnier is can't get my e-mail here at work. So when I saw that picture on my BB I tried to find it in google to use it as my avatar too.
I got it from someone on the Franklin/Medway line, then I sent it off to Ashland. The headers were deleted, which I like when people do that, so who knows where else it was before me.
well untill it gets bigger that's what it is & what it shall be !
my older i-pod is a 120 gig but not as nice as a touch and no wi fi but I an plug a camera into it and download pics directly to it .
