I'm still trying to convince my wife that, yes, I NEED to buy the remastered stereo and mono Beatles boxed sets.

I don't own a single Beatles song on CD or in a computer. I did own a cassette once. It's not that I don't like them. It's that they have so much stuff, it's impossible to go buy one CD and that be enough.

I've got it all, save for a few vinyl releases, which makes me a completist (aka "sucker.")

Just don't like them, as a group or individual artists. You can not deny the talent or genius of the group but for me just not something that I am into.

I like them, don't love them. But definitely as a group and not the individual stuff they did.

But what do I know. Nirvana is still my favorite band.

That's cool. To each their own!

My daughter loves them, so that's all I need.

ETA: Nirvana ROCKS.

I'm a big fan of the solo stuff as well. Yes, even Ringo.

John's Plastic Ono Band and George's All Things Must Pass are top-notch.

I've got all of Nirvana's CDs, save for Incesticide. Never got around to replacing my missing cassette of that one.

Anything Nirvana rocks. That s*** changed my life. I was an 19 year old listening to my girlfriends country music because I didn't care for the hair bands at the time. And then boom. 3 guys from Seattle turned rock n roll on its ear.

I've also got to give it to Smashing Pumpkins too. Especially Siamese Dream. I've worn out a cassette and a cd listening to it in the mid nineties.
