My horrible horrible neighbors whom everyone despises- (its true- even the realtor)
COMPLAIN when the workers go to dealing with my house. SOOOOOOO to keep from getting sued- which they threaten, work slows down on my house. Arseholes.

BTW- they picked white carpet, their house looks like a dreamsickle.

Remaning to be done: Sod on 2 sides, driveway, lights, cabinets, carpet, hardwood and paint.

don't shed a tear till its over, sure there will be a few say hicups but it will come . I'll have to go back getting senial in mey old age of 42 to figure wtf with the hatrocks next door that your work would have to slow down from someone getting sued ? does not make much sense , it either goes on or stops dead. give em some termites as a house warmer.

 

Without going into detail- they keep playing the "race card". I hate Alabaama sometimes.

I think they got theirs already- they have white carpet and orange walls- it looks like a friggin dreamsickle in there.

My house is brown and tan with plank linoleum floors(looks like hardwood) brown carpet and butterscotch hardwood. Nice and neutral.

They say they are working on my house too much cause the builder doesn't like..

In reality, I have two kids in school which starts next week and I have to move in cause my house I am in now is rented and my kids have to go to school.

 

By race card who's is done first ? who cares but if its the same builder I'd have a problem with that as they most likely let you colorful niegbours in when your not there wtf or I'd stick it to them if there is a dead line for a completion date and hold them to IT !

 

Their close date is this week. Mines next(supposedly).
They bought their house in April, I bought mine in June.

**** on em. I'm getting a Dobie to keep them away. In the spring my Dads constructing me a screened porch and nice fence(good fences make good neighbors)

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ready to move.

It'll look really nice. And I agree with the black granite over the white marble, better contrast between the white trim and your tan walls (your walls are tan right?)... just as long as your carpet isn't orange ****.
