Well April , in my neighborhood, we have a couple of arces separating
our house from theirs, so there's plenty of room.
Also they're all nice people.
We were also first ones to move in and only had one crappy neighbor in our end of the development (35 lots all together), but they have now moved,
Maybe you'll get lucky and people will start movin' back out.

This part of my development is brand new. The mega place I live is an entrance with six different developments in it. from Townhouses to mansions. I live in the snooty neighborhood(because of long story short, my idiot neighbors on the house I built halted my construction because they said the builder was finishing my house first because I am white and he got scared of getting sued for racism) so I was either going to be homeless or pay too much for the same house in another part of the neighborhood. Even though I never wanted to live over here.

My neighborhood even has a snooty name "the cove" Everyone hates everyone here We are not the only ones at war with our neighbors.

This ones mine- I have the coolest garden- I picked this floorplan because I wanted the 20 foot garden out front.

My house is on an acre in downtown white bluff. It isn't all fancy like y'alls homes.

Built in 1918, and I don't do any gardening.

Chuck, nice housing area. Its kinda like my parents neighborhood. No house is allowed to build within 75' of another house. That...and you can buy as many acres as you want.

Until I get that kinda cash though...good ol' subdivisions for me.

 

Same house. Different Brick. Better insides.......More land too. Half acre as opposed to a 60X60 lot five feet from the house next door.


Oh and this one comes with crappy neighbors too. BUT I guess all houses do.

 

Its inevitable. Just be glad your next door neighbor didn't sell, someone bought it, turned it into a rental and some section 8 rejects move in.

Sweet Sweet neighborhood covenants...... Never happen here.

 

Neighborhood covenants/Home Owners associations suck. I hate them. Sure, they do some good, but as a whole, they also allow for things that no home owner should have to go through either.

Hoas are a pita. Ours sucks because they don't care.......When we get in charge, watch out Im gonna have people dancing like chickens on hotplates.
