And I also gotta get a job to pay for house stuff.
I am thinking Old Navy- for the better benefits and BIG discount.

nic yard though. i wish i had a nice yard

Our house is on a fenced off acre that we use as a yard, but the rest is pastured, about 28 acres :P
In front, one side, and behind is ALL OURS!! And its so nice, because we have the horses loose on all that land --- its nice to sit at the dining room table and watch the horses outside.
I love it.

Been there, Done that.
Grew up on a 60 acre farm...
Moved off to apartment life
Moved back to 60 acre farm
traded 60 acre farm for 40 acres of hunting land.
HATED IT(and the locale and the locals)
Traded in for an acre in the burbs
HATE the neighbors(potheads and increasingly trailer trash trading up)
SO I am trading it all for a
60X60 lot in a desirable location.

Screw em all. I got my close date moved up 20 days. See? I learned from being an only child if you KEEP ON talking they will eventually get sick of it and give in.

my sheetrock is DONE!
