I have a monster fridge thats a beyotch to move..

And too many couches.

ITS TIME TO GOOOOOOOOO.

 

The builder is paying for our move, they were 3 weeks behind on finishing the house (9 days after their guranteed delivery date)

Tomorrow is the big day!

 

I got my close date moved up 3 weeks...The builder likes me. My mother says because I dress like Daisy duke out there.

Screw- all thats left is sanding and painting the drywall, laying the carpet and tile and pouring the driveway. 19 days!If they drywalled a house in one day- they can mud it today, sand it tomorrow and paint it monday. Lay cabinets Tuesday, Trim it Wednesday, Put in the floors Thursday and lights Friday......
PLUS one thing never to be hijacked by my ghetto neighbors(the builder had me go into the house when it was framed and write what I wanted on the studs) is my supercool black granite fireplace face-everyone else has cream marble. I already redid my lights cause the stupid neighbors copied them.

Plus my kids are in a new school, and I need to move in so I can get them on the bus.
PLUS the place I live now needs to be rented for school to start. School starts 8-10 here.

 

If I were around I'd help you really ! I would.

And if I lived around there, yes I would help you move... I'd grab a lawn chair, a beer and tell you what to move and where to put it.

 

Hmmm...I can get it moved from house to house with no manual labor..
The beer and lawn chair come out when its all moved.....

This time- the greatest invention ever- THE MANS ROOM! Upstairs with a door!

 

I'll supply my own beer and lawnchair mmmmm Moosehead beer, mmmmm

mmmmm being annoying barking orders while everyone else is doing hard manual labor, mmmmm

 

April, Nice new Home. Around my area it would take at least two months to complete the above work.

I **** and moan about how I JUST HAVE to be in my house soon- the builder is sick of hearing me.
Course its been going up since Memorial Day-and God love the laborers, they work their hineys off out there.

 

Buy the poor guy some ear plugs /hearing protection, something and leave him alone and it'll get done faster if he knows what exactly you want done.
People make a mistake with me I tell them I'll take them out scuba diving with me and they ain't coming back !

 

Ack- he knows exactly what I want......
Problem is annoying neighbors keep stealing my ideas. But when they go to bed at night their house is still painted ORANGE.

Too bad their house was framed out before they saw my window wall

 

you should give them ( your neighbours ) a house gift ? jar termites :scratch:

 

I was thinking more a kick in the ........

I changed all my lights- those crooked unimaginative crooks took all my light ideas too.Went into lowes and musta said- gimme what the neighbors have.

I know cause a LOT of the stuff in my house is customed- Like the door to the upstairs bonus at the bottom, and BAM there they go with the same..

Only thing they couldn't steal is my carpet, paint and tile and my supercool window wall. This is it before it was drywalled.

Down there until a house closes anyone can wander in it and see what it looks like. The realtors also use our houses to sell more.

 

You know ! who cares if you have a better idea , whats important is that even if it was your idea first then they liked it and copied it You will know that and its your dirt that will lay inside the carpet not theirs , so in so far s to say, you can live with yours but not someone else's ! BTW I also am a carpet tech and you can hide one pound of dirt in a square foot of a dense cut pile carpet !
