To be honest, I don't really know who Evanescence is. I've heard of them, but I don't know anything they've done. I like Amy Lee from what little I know of her, but I haven't heard much. I do know she recorded this song with them, and I've listened to it. However I prefer it much more without her.....




BTW, I love this song so much. It hits me down deep and moves me inside.

Horrible song choices tonight. I'm not sure if I've ever even heard of any of them before. I think Keith was spot on with saying they weren't putting much into their performances.

Wondering if they're going to keep all four girls this week since they didn't use the save.

Well, the final two finally. I think Kree would be the best choice to win, but I have the feeling Candace is going to take it.

 

I was shocked Angie went home. I liked everyone in the top 3 and didn't really care who won though. Kree needs more personality. She's just gotten so dull lately. She used to have so much more energy. I think if she would sing some Martina McBride, she could easily take it (I love TBP, but that song was a terrible choice for her last week). Candice has got a really good voice too though, and is way more interactive with her fans on twitter.

 

Kree has been through a lot and I think she will open up as time goes on. Candace has an awesome voice, but I think she will be of the ones you won't hear much from. If she puts out something like an R&B record, she will be good at it, but exposure will be limited.

I think out of all of them, Angie will have success. She's very outgoing, seems to love the camera and loves to perform. She has it in her to be a top 40 singer.

I was kinda bored with Idol, but these last few weeks have been pretty good. At least to me. Hopefully the finale will be good.

Randy is gone next year, that was already announced. I'd like to see Mariah gone and Nikki stay. I never disliked Nikki, but she has been growing on me more and more. She tells it like it is, and really seems to care about the contestants. Not always right, but neither was Simon. I'd like to see Harry Connick Jr. come in to replace Randy.

 

I know what you're saying about Kree, but I feel like she's closed up since she's been on the show. She's not as outgoing as I remember her being earlier on. I can't really see Candice going anywhere either. She's definitely got talent, but there just isn't as much exposure with that genre.

I really do see Angie going the farthest. She seems to be the most well "put-together" when it comes to being a well-rounded artist.

Mariah was boring and was too afraid to say anything even the least bit negative. Nikki has been interesting, but I do like how she says it like it is. She's not afraid to speak her mind, and that's what's needed in a judge. Keith has been great too. He seems to be very genuine in his concern for the contestants. Harry Connick Jr. couldn't have been more boring, IMO.

 

Keith has been good too. I hope he is back next season.

It'll be a while before we see any albums from these three. Usually about November is when the winners record comes out. A new rule that started last season lets the winner get all their glory first. The others used to get their records out around the same time, but that has changed. Look at Jessica Sanchez. She finished second and her album just came out.
