Holy crap that is horrible Hejun!

 

Watching Elise now. She was so-so. That's not a song to be walking around with andshe sung it a bit too fast.

 

I didn't see all of Erika because I channel flipped to Survivor, but what I saw was really good

 

Jessica needs to thank Diddy for his advice, she sounded much better after he told her the truth

 

Philips vocals were good but the song was ruined with the lyrics being all flipped around. I don't understand the judges liking it so much.

Erika is still the winner so far.

I'll finish watching tomorrow. Past my bedtime. 3am comes early!

 

Jessica is such a fantastic singer, but for some reason I just don't feel it. Maybe its because of the songs they've been having to choose from, but even though she sings the hell out of the songs, I don't get that vibe that it means anything to her, its just not coming from deep down, no emotional connection. It doesn't stir anything in me, I hear a great singer, but not a moving performance.

If she could connect with a song on an emotional level and put her heart into it, she could blow the roof off of the place. I want goosebumps from a performance.

 

I was so happy to see Stevie Nicks on there tonight. Still love her.


And Phillip killed tonight. That Jonny Lang song was perfect for him. No matter what happens on this show, that kid has a bright future in the music industry.

 

Kind of nervous about Elise singing Zeppelin.

Here you go Joe, chick is a badass. Not only can she wail on the vocals, but shes got that whole rock star swagger going on. Knows how to work the stage and the crowd.
