I think out of all of them, Angie will have success. She's very outgoing, seems to love the camera and loves to perform. She has it in her to be a top 40 singer.

I was kinda bored with Idol, but these last few weeks have been pretty good. At least to me. Hopefully the finale will be good.

Randy is gone next year, that was already announced. I'd like to see Mariah gone and Nikki stay. I never disliked Nikki, but she has been growing on me more and more. She tells it like it is, and really seems to care about the contestants. Not always right, but neither was Simon. I'd like to see Harry Connick Jr. come in to replace Randy.

I don't get the fascination with Harry Connick Jr.

And only 3 judges? So glad Jimmy Iovine is leaving!!!

I didn't mind him. But Randy replacing him? I don't think that is an improvement.

Me either. He always just seemed like a cheesy lounge singer you'd see at a piano bar in a second rate restaurant dinner show.

I'm just catching up on Idol now and noticed someone i've seen before. Jillian Jensen was on X-Factor two seasons ago. She was booted before the live show though. She was a bullying victim and X-Factor seem to really push that story since Demi was a victim too.

She seems more upbeat in her Idol audition. They put her through so we'll see.

Here is her X-Factor audition.

And her Idol audition...

A bullying victim? Not to sound insensitive, but wasn't everybody bullied at one time or another? I went through my fair share of it when I was a kid and assumed everyone did. It's one of the ways I learned to stand up for myself. I guess I don't get it.

Not everyone goes through it. Some people just seem to be targets for bullying. They're different. They can be weird, quiet and shy, geeky, nerdy, too skinny, too fat, overly sensitive, low self esteem, or just based on looks. No matter where they go, they can be a target to get picked on.

I kinda went through that so I can relate. I had my fair share of being picked on but nothing too extreme. Even when moving to a new neighborhood and school in 6th grade I got singled out by the class bullys. And this was back in the early 70's.

It takes a little more to be able to stand up for yourself, and bullying victims usually don't have that in them. I know I didn't.

A guy at work said his cousin is supposed to be on tonight or tomorrow night. I think he said his name is Eric Gordon.
