Bring your mouse over to the bottom right screen and get the side bar to open up as seen below and click on the settings wheel.

A new bar will open up and at the bottom of it you will see "change PC settings". Click on that.

Now you're at the PC setting screen. Click on the "personalize" line on the left. It will highlight. To the right you will see "lock screen", click on that. From there click on one of the stock pics below it, or click on browse to go find one of your own.

Than that's it. It should be changed!!

Maybe only an Admin can change it then?? I'm the only user so i'd have to set up another account and try it there.

She said she already tried that, what stupidgenius36 and I believe the issue is a group policy issue/glitch since there are multiple user profiles on the PC. She would have to change some policies or edit the registry, both of which I believe, she is not comfortable doing.
Edit: sorry took me awhile to type and post.

Could've found it in the registry and made the change most likely. Group policy wouldn't have worked.

Don't see the point of having a ton of computing power on a phone, just so you can brag about having quad core x.xghz

Some of us use our phone for more than calling

Also. We don't "need" touch screens... we "want" them. And I want a quad core 1.8 ghz with 733mhz graphics chip. I want!

What do you use your phone for that you would need a lot of processing power?

Higher end games take a bit. Multitasking I.e. Running 2 apps as once split screen (navigation and pandora usually). Vnc server for my pc and actual server.

Also. Helps just with being fast. No lag. Apps open fast and flawlessly. Reboots are quick.

Nah, it's the app. I had the problem on my RAZR Maxx on Verizon, 3G, 4G, and WiFi. Still have the same problem with AT&T and my Optimus G Pro.
