Hey guys, does anybody know how to change this horrible pic on Windows 8. It is driving me mad!! Lol. I would appreciate the help!!!

No, it's like a pre log in screen. If I sign out it automatically goes to this. If I just lock it then it goes to one of the pics I choose. I don't see a option to change it :/ I hate this computer. Lol

The lock screen is a little different. From the desktop, go to the bottom right corner, click "Settings", then "Change PC Settings", then "Personalize."

 

When I do that it doesn't change this one tho :/ as long as I'm signed in its on the pic I chose. But when I sign out I get this ugly thing. Lol

Yeah, I had Mark try on his and it just changed his lock screen and when he signs out it goes back to this.
