The Geek Out
Yes the servers sits next to my TV and I put on my movies on it. so my wife uses it to watch all the movies and it was making the CPU percentage go up quite a bit because it has an integrated chipset. I had a spare 550 TI so I went ahead and put it in.
In other news, I finally got my HDHomeRun Prime and cable card set up and installed. I'm using my X360's as extenders. I ended up bricking my router in the process of setting it all up, but it's good to go now. My only concern is bandwidth...I have my media center PC connected via wireless, one 360 connected via wireless, and another 360 via wired. The signal to wifi-connected 360's is kinda iffy, especially when it's HD. So I may end up building a "Shuttle" PC as a HTPC for the media center, so that I can have it wired to help as much as possible.
Anyone else with a similar setup, or how to make it better?
Any idea of the actual CPU percentage?

And it was about 35 percent with the VNC server running knocked it down to about 15 percent.
35% isn't too bad...If you're staying above 60-70%ish, then you might look into more powerful hardware.
It's the stock router that came with TWC Turbo service...Arris DG860. Not the worst router I've ever had, but not the best either. Still not sure what the issue was...Nothing wired could communicate with anything that was wireless...But after I bricked it and completely reset it, it fixed itself. So I'm ok with that.

And I want the cpu and ram to be more dedicated to the forums and sites. Not so much to the movies.
