Big pub crawl out here, 5-3 am. Bus makes constant rounds between 11 bars, train station, and hotel. About 40 minute round trip. I plan on hitting all 11! I think, lol. at least as many as I can

Major pucker factor. I drilled the holes for the CDC ducktail. Sheesh - that was hard to do. The phrases "drilled holes" and "in my car" just don't go together.

And what sucks is that I used the template - checked it several times, and still, a couple of the holes are off. Had to oval them out a little to allow for alignment. But they are all covered up, so what does it matter... I suppose it is normal if you figure in the manufacturing variations of the trunk lid, template, actual spoiler mounting hole locations, and the dope drilling the holes - it all adds up.

Now I have to find a vinyl supplier and match the color.

Mmm... I probably the closest of the regulars on here. But I'm still maybe 180 miles away. Talmadge Ohio is in the northeast corner of Ohio above Akron. Why do you ask?

Hey Chris. I thought those holes were a breeze. Of course I did them after installing a CDC shaker hood so they were pretty small in comparasion. Who did your original vinyl come from? I would think getting it from them would give you the best chance to match.

I found a local supplier and he gave me some samples when I did the hood - the color was not a perfect match, but since there was a lot of separation between the hood and the rest of the car, it was not noticeable. I may have to go back to the original supplier for the rear since the new stripes will be touching the old. Any contrast will be obvious.

Got some pics - nothing is bolted down yet. After I get the stripes on the center piece, I will align and bolt it all down.

Finally - that third brake light is no more.
