Sorry, Fal. It's gotta be there after Labor Day, though.

Hey, next week is the Laps for Charity (Sept 8). I'm checkin' my calendar!

I can't remember for sure but, I think mine was at the dealer 2 or 3 days after hitting the railhead in Mesquite or wherever it is.

OK, thanks for the info Tread. I take it that would be 2-3 business days? I doubt if weekends or labor day count?

I guess I'll see if I can get ahold of my sales guy today and see how long he thinks it will be. Maybe, I'll just go into work tomorrow instead of taking vacation Tuesday thru Thursday. I don't want to waste my vacation days sitting on my thumbs waiting for my car to show....

I can't remember if that was business days or not. Labor Day should be the only monkey wrench in this situation I would think.

Yeah, well I talked to my sales guy today and he said he's going to try and get something going tomorrow. Maybe even send somebody over there to just pick it up if they can?

I was going to go into work tommorrow in case it took extra long to get my car out of the railyard. But, to heck with it, I'll just run around and maybe just go to Pep Boys or something!

Is kind of screwing up my plans for a road trip though.......

It's going to be like you said, as soon as I get it, it will be time to go back to work! Errr!

Awesome!!! Congrats! The rims look sharp, too!
Where'd you get those floor mats? I like the big ol' GT on it.

Also, either one of you planning on going to the Laps for Charity?

Thanks Ghost, I think I got the mats from American Muscle?

Here's another thing I did. Add a little bling in to the interior!

Actually it's stainless. But, I liked the way it turned out. A little bling to offset the black interior.

I got some more stuff on the way!

I just spent all morning long screwing around trying to get my Flowmasters to go on. I got the old ones out and the new one in place, but the clamp holding the muffler onto the exhaust wouldn't tighten up enough. It was pretty loose, so I called up Flowmaster and told them about it and they're going to send me some saddle clamps instead of the ring clamps like I had.

So, out comes the stupid Flowmaster and in goes the stock muffler again untill I get the new clamps. I'll also be going by Home Depot this afternoon to get a stupid hacksaw to take off the old clamp since the nut on it got striped when I was trying to tighten it down......

Errr! What a waste of time! All morning long with that! Flowmaster! Errr!

Oooo...dang it! I hate when threads get stripped. Sorry, Fal.

I managed to install my first real mod, GT500 pedals. You know, what you already have on yours. LOL.

Congrats Ghost! Put some more interior bling stuff in. It's fun!

I got that clamp off with a hack saw, it was on so tight, it went bong when I cut through it.....

I went for a little drive over to Eagle Mountain Lake. Rough road, but the Mustang handled it pretty well!

I've been getting around 15 MPG so far. Not too bad considering how I've been driving.......

Dude, that looks freakin awesome! I like the speaker covers too. I have no money.

Ghost, as much as I would like to attend the LOC this year I'm probably not gonna make it. Money is real tight at the moment thanks to two kids and about $700 worth of dental work between them in the last 3 months.

Thanks Tread, I liked the way it turned out!

Sorry to hear about the dental work on the kids. But at least they'll have a nice smile!

I went over and got my windows tinted today at Alta Mera Window Tint. Went for a little bit better film then last time since I have a leather interior.

Meet a cutie over there who had a Black Mustang GT that she had picked up the day after mine. We talked Mustangs while we waited. She used to work at a local mod shop. She was married though, too bad.....

I went for a ride all the way out to Mineral Wells, just to see what kind of mileage I could get. At 65-70 without the AC I was getting just over 26 MPG. Pretty good I thought. Coming back back I was going 70-80, with the AC on and still was getting almost 25 MPG. Not too bad, I thought!
