Ok guys, I'm a newbie to all this so can anyone tell me if the Birmingham Marriott is in a safe area? Are there any carwashes close by......We are coming from TN and will be in on Friday about noon...will there be alot going on Friday or are the big events on Saturday......can't wait to meet some other Mustang owners...this should be fun.

I can't make it in by 9:00 to join the caravan but would be great if when you guys get there and park to put up a sign or something so the other members coming in later could identify TMS.......just a thought......I'm new but would love to meet some fellow forum users.

There is a Car Wash Headquarters on 280, just head southeast on 280 from the hotel and you'll see it on left hand side. Sits next door to a Taco Bell.
There used to be a coin op car wash in Cahaba Hts. Not sure if it's still there. But if you go the north west on 280 (heading to 459) Go to the Summit shopping center and drive through it. Go till you see a Walgreens on your left and it should be behind that.

What do we do for fun now?
Sigh..........Guess I look forward to learning to ski in Pa. this Christmas.
I did learn this weekend, that 05 v6's were in scarce supply at the show. I think Ellie was one of the few, and she wasn't even parked down with everyone. She was on top of hell hill.
I loved seeing the bullitts parked together. I was drooling and Brian was like- what the frigs the big deal about them?
I sooooo covet one.
On the downside- Brian caught the Mod bug over the weekend. And my big present for this weekend was a cracked windshield......Rocks love my windshields!
