Funny - only the second time I've heard that. Had an acquaintance's truck that had scratches all over the hood from when he parked it in a pasture of horses. I guess lead must taste like alfalfa.

They get bored... and have that curiosity like a cat thing going... that little walnut brain gets spinning...

lol...Flash won't bark loud enough to wake us up, but sometimes he kicks like he's running...If I'm on my side and facing him while I'm sleeping, he has a tendency to kick certain parts of the male anatomy. That wakes me up **** fast.

I think it's so sad! They look so unhappy, like they're running away from a giant cat chasing them. I usually let them wake up on their own, but if it goes on too long, I softly try to wake them. They wake up startled wondering where they are and who I am. So sad

I was thinking they were redbone's when I posted the pic. I remember how much you like them. But then the pics I looked up for a redbone don't match those hounds I posted.

Nah, they're not redbones. They look like German shorthair pointers. My cousin has 3 of them, not red though (two white and liver ticked and a white with liver head) and they are the sweetest dogs. Great bird dogs and wonderful family dogs. High energy though.

I've never seen red ones. Usually the liver speckled.
