JJ, a terrier mix, has been trained to detect Kaelyn’s allergic reactions before they become too severe – alerting her parents to treat Kaelyn with an EpiPen. In the 18 months that JJ has been with Kaelyn, she’s experienced only one severe reaction – compared to the three to four reactions a year she had experienced in the past.

Another one of them cuddling this morning. All of a sudden they like laying together haha! Funny thing is Bella (German Shepard/Border Collie mix) is more than twice the size of Blue (the maltipoo mix) but she thinks she's the same size...

Mutts and runts tend to be the greatest, most intelligent, most loyal dogs ever. At least in my experience.

Kinda. Blue'a dad is also in the family - the gf's uncle bred him with their poodle, and Blue was the last puppy of the litter, so we kept him. I'm not sure where Bella came from, but her brother brought her home - I think his friend had puppies. That being said, when they brought her home, she was only 8 weeks, and after she started getting bigger they built a doghouse for her outside and kept her tied up out there. That sh*t did not fly with me, so after a month of hearing her cry all night, I brought her inside with us. So now they both stay with us!

Oh trust me, he wasn't lol he plays like he is but soon as you let him off he's running around the house
