one night while thinking about my car i went and reread the entire thread. it struck me as a pretty important thing to have in m sig.

just the other day my friends and i were going over things we've gotten rid of that we regret. i do miss my bike(s), i miss my keltec SU16 (probably the best long gun i've ever owned), my revolvers and a host of other things i regret selling. But the II is not on that list, and for that, i am glad. it was good advice

I recently had a discussion with my wife about "how you define yourself" after watching an episode 48 hours mystery. This particular person was a rape victim, but she said she is "no longer defined by it"

there are all kinds of things,(positive and negative) that a person can be defined by. height, disabilities, age, family, occupation, hobbys ...etc..

I definitely define myself as a Christian, as a father, as a husband, a musician and as a Mustang owner. I couldn't ever imagine any of those changing.

just went back a little while ago. took some more pics, but cant find the wire for this camera, and since it didnt have a card in it, it was all on internal memory.

anyhow, engine is in, wiring still going. battery has been relocated to the trunk. all that seems to be going well.

but there are other issues. turns out the brakes that i put back on the car are rusted beyond use. looks like this car will be getting bigger brakes sooner rather than later, which also means 5 lugs and wheels. the shop is going through their massive supply of old wheels they've had for years, and im hunting around craigslist.

Huh? I seem to have missed the part where your car turned blue if those pics are to be believed. Will you be able to retrofit a OEM "mini starter" some time in the future? Can save a few pounds in that area and reduce the draw on your battery = WIN/WIN

my car never went blue, it did however get banged up by a ******* neighbors relative. the blue fender and header panel replaced the ones they damaged. picked em up from the boneyard :P

havent thought about a mini starter. could be cool for the future, but for now all i want is to drive the thing

I was about to say the same thing about it being blue.

Seriously tho it looks like you got it going pretty good. I hope that it treats you the same way you have treated it by making it better than what it was.

Even tho it is a II

I bet when it's done it will give most n/a mustangs a run for their money. Ahh, the advantages of a lighter car.

EFI for sure, that was the only reasoin I took it in to the shop. speakin of whicch, theres more prgress. i didnt have my camera but

the motor is more complete in the bay now, the upper intake, CAI etc are in. theres a new radiator, electric fan. he even rewired my fog lights properly fixed the heater.

battery is now in the trunk. also my brakes and air dam arrived. i took the brakes over to the shop. they will be installing those as well as redrilling the drums out back to be 5 lug and are gona find me a set of cheap 5 lug wheels lol

this car is going to be fantastic. and as soon as i get a front bumper, i can stick on the sweet air dam. my stoked meter is off the chartss

Man it gains instant attitude with the 5 liter in there!!!

Does the 302 just bolt in or do I need another subframe to be able to install a 302 in a v6 car??

I'd be curious about the fitment as well.

Whats with the drivers side tires being flat?
