What did you do with your Mustang today?

I wonder how Plastidip would hold up to the heat under the hood. If it would last, I vote you spray it. Have you thought of color matching it to your cars color? My car is Ingot Silver with the standard silver GT strut tower brace, which I think looks the best(color matched).
Joey what do those turn sig modules do?
Sounds like fun Ron...

It allows you to "half press" the turn signal stalk, and have the signals automatically flash 2+ times. I think this module goes from 2 to 8 flashes, I'll probably set it to 4. My Focus had this functionality stock (3 flashes), and I wish my Mustang had it.
The manufacturer of Plastidip state it works up to 200*F without issues, so it might be fine at that brace. Not sure how hot that supercharger gets, but I imagine that bar won't get quite that hot under normal conditions.

I was told Plasti-Dip is good to about 300 degrees.
It certainly held up fine on my exhaust tips.
As far as color-matching that strut tower brace, I'd rather see it black since if you did it Kona Blue you'd end up with 2 different shades of blue crossing each other where it goes over the blower and the coil covers

I have that module as well and love it. My wife's VW has it standard and when I saw it was available for my Mustang, I jumped on it. Such a simple, cheap little thing, but the ease it adds is huge.

While it is still nice out, I took the car out to the Fire Academy to drop of my FD work schedule for the next 9 weeks. It is supposed to rain this afternoon.

Ummmm .... there's a dedicated license plate spot right in the middle of that bumper, why the hell would you drill holes off to the side?

Taking the mach to the dragstrip for the first time tonight! Feels good with a tune on it, just wish I had some tires to run with but I guess we'll see what she does on street tires

Also, Lee I put almost 100k miles on that car myself, from high school through college. It was my second car, but I spent the most time with it (only put 10k miles on my 95 Contour that was handed down to me as my first car, before it died with 160k on the clock). I was only in one accident in it, and I was not at fault. A-hole in a Jeep basically t-boned me as he was leaving a driveway, trying to skirt in between traffic. He missed the tiny opening, and hit my right front fender. I wish I hadn't installed that beefy Kenny Brown STB, as that saved the car from being totaled
Other than that, I got a few tickets here and there and spun out twice in the rain (automatic, open diff, no TC) but I did fine. I hope he takes care of it!

Lol I always hated it in the center, and hated that indent! I always intended to do the 99-01 Cobra bumper, but bought my 03 with it already installs instead :P
