Monthly meet time again, but the weather here in Southern England has been horrible for months now.........cold, very wet (flooding in many places!) and very windy, so my Mustang stayed in the garage. Again
I did pay my Mustang a little attention as I added my new "50 Years" sticker (yeah, 50 Years sat in the garage )
A few hardy souls bought along their Mustangs, and a few other toys, too

Hehe... Fellow cringer
Well yesterday I was supposed to receive my vleds v3 triton amber switchbacks, but our beloved UPS folks decided to change the delivery date to Monday. There goes my weekend plans of installing them . Grrrrrr. I was going to couple that install with a good hearty and lengthy car start, but now I'm not feeling it.

Today I placed another order with Hypermotive
- Steeda 555-4098 upper control arm for lowered 11-14 cars
- Steeda 555-4096 upper control arm for lowered 05-09 cars for the GF's '08 Shelby
- Redline Tuning all-black no-drill hood strut kits for both cars
- Speed of Sound dual-gauge a-pillar for my car
- Speed of Sound triple-gauge a-pillar for her Shelby
Also ordered the Ford Racing rear bump stop kit, this one from Autonation Ford, for almost $25 shipped, better by a few dollars than what anybody else could've done it for.
Still looking for gauges.
She wants A/F ratio, Boost, and oil psi
I want Boost and oil psi.
I already am getting A/F ratio readout via the Aeroforce, and on a recent WOT pull through 3rd and 4th gears it was right at 12.4-12.5
Whipple still not installed

Gabe get that whipple installed already geeeesh... did you read my thread about the MGW? I was in the garage at midnight in 30 degrees. What's YOUR excuse???
On to topic, does "yesterday" count? (instead of today).
I received my VLEDs orders for my V3 Triton amber switchbacks to replace my white/amber switchbacks. Plan to install them this weekend.
I fixed my MGW boot issue last night at midnight. Hooray! See my thread on it in the main 10-14 forum.

Checked on her as I took out the trash/recycled barrels. CTEK battery tender working awesome.
Hopefully I will start her up tomorrow. I'm getting itchy.

This is how my tailights will look this weekend. AM tailights decals, MMD tailight trim, and plastidip reverse lights. The reverse lights will shine through just fine
Also if anyone has enough extra black vinyl to cover my roof id be very interested

I'm sorry man but that looks terrible. Fake decals that attempt to mimic the 13/14 lights just doesn't look right... On top of that, looks like in that pic it doesn't look like it was installed straight/symmetrically.

Well its a template from AM precut and measured so unless installed incorrectly (which seems easy or hard to do) then it should match up. And i knew id have some naysayers but hey, if it doesnt look good i can always remove the decals and just keep the MMD taillight trim

I was going to wait until closer to spring or when it warms up (slightly) to install them...but what can I say, I got bored. On top of that I just really have the itch to drive my car badly.
Anyways, I received my package Monday pm. I finished the install tonight. Overall, it's a nicely built set, and vleds overall quality and packaging never disappoints.
Install took about 15 minutes or so, half of that was setting up the collar and set screws on the triton.
The triton lives up to its name sake. They really are the brightest LEDs out there, even in amber. FYI, I had white-amber switchbacks for two years and missed the pure amber. So these are amber.
I am mostly done with the install, just have to figure out where and how to mount the control boxes. Package says they get hot... But I don't think these will on our cars, because we have default resistors built in. Either way, I was planning to use double sided tape and mount it on the inner wall fender on each side. Any opinions or suggestions on that? If it gets hot, I hope it doesn't melt the 3M adhesive double sided tape.
Overall, I love it. Much brighter that stock or my switchbacks.
