Having a great Christmas. Sitting here by myself, hung over, watching tv. Gonna splurge for supper. My buddy raised and killed a couple of hogs, made some killer sausage from it. Gonna have some sausage, biscuits, gravy and eggs for supper. Yippee.

I've never seen it either....
I never saw a lot of the classic Christmas movies growing up. I actually finally got around to seeing Christmas Vacation and It's a Wonderful Life for the first time in the last 5 years. A Christmas Story might be the final domino that still needs to fall.

I had some Kohls Cash to cash in and got the NuWave version a few weeks ago.
It takes some trial and error but works great. I've done bone in chicken breast a couple of times and it comes out pretty good. From pre-heat to finish it's done in 30 minutes.
I tried some potatoes and they were done in 5 minutes plus the pre-heat time.
I made chicken soup today with the chicken breast from yesterday. The pre-heat was slow and took about a half hour and I think it was 20 minutes cook time. Just as good as cooking all day in the crock pot.
I have a pork tenderloin for next weekend. Pulled pork sammiches!

I've seen quite a few recipes I want to try, but want to start out with the easier stuff until I get used to it. I have ribs and a brisket I'd like to try, but don't want to ruin any expensive cuts of meat until I know what I'm doing!
It's cold here too, but definitely not as cold as there! So keep that **** up there!
