I remember tripping one time so hard that I didn't know what was going on. I was driving this Bronco and it was raining and it was night time. Went to a guy's house for hours and he finally made me leave before his ol lady got home. I was so wigged out I couldn't get out of his driveway, lol. The rain seemed to be crushing the windshield in on me, looked like it was broken in a thousand pieces and the Bronco seemed to be rolling back and forth across the yard. Was standing on the brake pedal hard as I could but it wouldn't stop, lol.

I really shouldn't have been driving at all, but I did because he wanted us to leave. No idea how I made it home that night alive. I kept stopping because the road seemed to be flipping up sideways at a 90 degree angle.

What a fucing idiot I was back in the day.
Yeah I realized my post kinda made it seem like I was saying the two songs were related. I know the addiction the other song is referencing. I lost a cousin last year, to an aneurism that was essentially caused by her addiction(s). She was 34 and homeless. Our family has written her off. She was in and out of rehab and never could stay clean. Little did we know, she was off in her own world helping people through their own battles, until the day she died. She passed with nothing but the clothes on her back, a pack of cigarettes, a lighter and a small makeup bag

And yeah I guess I misinterpreted Gimme Shelter haha but man, you got some crazy stories But hey, at least you have lived life to the fullest man. I don't believe people, at least those that aren't religious, can truly know what it is to be good unless they've been bad. It really is a fine line between good and evil, and many people straddle the line often, even daily. I don't fault anyone for it. There are temptations that are out there that can grab ahold of you and pull you to one side and there are things that can pull you towards the other side. I'm no lawmaker, so who am I to judge how someone deals with their battles.

I'm sorry to hear about your cousin. I feel bad that I used to be one of the people that contributed to stuff like that. It bothers me every day that I used to be in that world back in the day. Even after all these years I still feel responsible for some of the stuff I did when I was young and stupid.

That story ain't sht, you should hear some of my really out there stories. I used to be a real dirt bag piece of crap when I was young.
I guess its just proof that anyone can turn their life around and do good, no matter how shiity they used to be.

Just watched Kyle Bush and Joey Logano go at it at the end of the Las Vegas race. Kyle got bloodied and Joey was untouched!

Today I paid my $165 ticket for "failing to stop" at a stop sign.

I've gone though that intersection 8 times a day for the last 5 years. Everyone knows the police station is right down the road. I've practiced the same "stop" in front of cops countless times.

WOW!! $165 for a stop sign ticket!?!?! Had no idea one could be that much. Sounds like a revenue racket to me.

It's all relative. That would probably be a $500 ticket in CA.

Monday was my last day to go to court 20 miles away and petition for defensive driving for my 89 in a 70 from last month.

I went 2 Fridays ago and they were closed. The sign said they are closed on Fridays for budgetary reason. Ok fine. I went last Thursday and they were closed. Wtf! No reason just closed. Went Monday and the judge granted it. So $110 fee plus I've got 3 months to take a course. Probably online since I hate random people anyway. I called the judges office every time before I went and the line was always busy so I figured someone was there. Stupid small towns.

This add on TMS. Just thought I would share. The Obama add is just a little behind I'd say.

Just saw this for the first time while watching Cops. I figure it will irritate Nathan, and crack Gary up. Because it irritated Nathan.
