Been watching these bar shows and other cooking shows, and they have a fit when people don't get a med. rare burger.
Who in the **** eats a med. rare burger!?. Makes me sick to even think about it. I don't eat any ground beef that is isn't cooked well done. Maybe I'm a nut, but ground beef is disgusting and I wont eat it if its pink or red inside.
I'll eat a steak that is med. rare or rare, and love it, but I'm not eating any ground beef that is pink or red inside.

Ya, that's nasty. I won't eat rare steak either though. I like a little pink but if I see blood, that does it for me. If meat didn't taste so good, I'd be a vegetarian.

I'll eat a medium rare steak, more on the rare side, it just taste better. On the burger, medium is my preferred. If everything else I've done in the past hasn't killed me yet, I'll take my chances!
