I've been beat pretty bad before on a football field but it was maybe 49-0. All out coaches told us the whole time was we were playing for pride at that point an how we held up in the second half and fourth quarter in the face of utter defeat would tell us whether we would become quitters and losers or men who would fight until the very end.

I don't have a problem with it if he put in second string and then third string. It's football. If they line up and run you over then it's up to you to stop them. From what you've said he did everything right.
You guys better watch it. You're going to get fined for complaining about that.

After Oregon's 62-38 victory against Washington State on Saturday night, Aliotti ripped into the "Air Raid" offense's creator for still throwing with first-string quarterback Connor Halliday despite the game being out of hand and UO having its backups in on defense.
“That’s total (B.S.) that he threw the ball at the end of the game like he did,’’ Aliotti said Saturday. “And you can print that and you can send it to him, and he can comment, too. I think it’s low class and it’s (B.S.) to throw the ball when the game is completely over against our kids that are basically our scout team.

Oregon's Nick Aliotti fined $5,000, reprimanded by Pac-12 for comments about officials, Mike Leach
Walnut Creek, Calif. -- University of Oregon Defensive Coordinator Nick Aliotti has been reprimanded and fined by the Pac-12 Conference for public comments he made about the Conference’s officiating program and Washington State University, Commissioner Larry Scott announced today.
In addition to the reprimand, Aliotti has been fined $5,000 by the Conference.

Just saw Stefanny's old car for the first time today. Passed it going the opposite direction on a road. Good news is it was clean so that's nice.

Looked good though.

They'll be surprised too when their 15 wheel hops like a Model T driving down a brick road in the '20s whenever they lose traction from a standing start.
