I'm a give them food/drink sorta guy. Especially since I never carry money, but I'll see someone and invite them for a dinner on me or something. Get them a buffet meal or something.

There's people and places to give money to but standing on a street corner doesn't do it for me. My wife used to give them food until she got refused a couple of times when they wanted money instead.

When I was at the beach two weeks ago there was a girl standing on the boardwalk in a Dalmatian outfit with a bucket the read College Money!?!? WTH!!! Lets see when I went to college I worked for it! Hmmmm...pretty sure I wasn't going to give her anything! Earn it beaatch!

Hell I might drop a few dollars in that bucket
When we go out to eat in a college town like Austin 90% of the time the waitresses are college girls. I always tip very heavily there because they are working and obviously going to school and they are young and always impress me. I love giving them a good tip and hope that they can use it.
