A Man Just Needs Some....
Yup. There are certain exercises you can do depending on what part of your back to strengthen the muscles around your spine to help support it. Takes a good therapist and sticking with it, for it to really work. I'm married to a PTA so of course I know more than I have to on the subject. Lol

I rarely if ever have any back pains. It runs in the family though, so I know what I've got to look forward to.

Funny thing is one of my German friend asked who I thought would be in the Superbowl at the beginning of the year and I said I felt the Falcons had a good chance. Don't think they are gonna make it past the 49er though. Also think the Ravens are gonna have trouble with the Pats. Think I would rather see a Falcons/Ravens Superbowl.

Damned I've got some serious pains in my lower back, in the kidney area. I'm really hurting back there. You'd think it would be my liver that was acting up, not my kidneys.

Not even worth it for me to go to the doc for regular back pain. They know I've got herniated discs, spinal compression, fused vertebrae, etc.
But these pains are definitely not back related, they are internal organ type pains.
I know the pains you are talking about all too well. Some days I can't even get up, and I have to get someone to help me tie my shoes when its really bad because I can't bend over far enough to do it. Good think I wear flip flops most of the time and that I have a little guy that thinks its great that he can help daddy out by putting his shoes on.
