I've got to quit agreeing to make chili for people. They eat it, love it, and then ask me to make if for various get togethers they have.
Had to make a huge pot today. And by huge I mean 8lbs of ground round, and 120oz of beans, along with all of the other stuff I use. Big freakin' gumbo pot. Took me about 3 hours to get it where I wanted it to be. You might not believe it, but I'm too nice of a guy, especially when it comes to helping volunteers that are working on our wilderness area trails in National Forest land.

Yup, but this one will never see the road again ....Sold the roof off it to a guy who had a pine tree fall on his. Stupid if you ask me...for another $150 he could have had the whole cab and saved himself a ton of money just by swapping the cab out!

Had a V6 Mustang dropped off today.....girl's ex dumped sand in the engine and power steering resevoir. I was skeptical at first until I opened the oil cap and felt the grinding of the sand....that combined with the outrageous rod knock since they DROVE it here

Watching the temp drop. When I sat down ten minutes ago it was 15. Currently 11 and getting colder by the minute.
