I have noticed the tradition starting to go away among kids of younger parents though. Kind of sad to me, but I guess people would consider it progressing and the times changing.
My kids address adults as Mr. or Miss with their first names and all of my kids friends address me as Miss Jill. Although when I was growing up, we always address adults with their last name like Mrs. Brady or Mr. Cleaver.

So you just call them by their last name? Or do you say Mr/Mrs.(last name)? If the latter, that's what I meant.
Mr. or Mrs. Last name or Mr. or Mrs. First and last name

I was taught to say all that, but have noticed they are not used as much by kids these days.
No, I meant first name. I'm not talking about their teacher or something like that, that would be Mr or Miss last name. I'm talking about an adult that they know, but not a family member. A family member would be uncle Lee, or aunt Joe for example. An adult they know would be Mr. Scott, etc. Like if I go to my friends house, he would call me Lee, his kids would call me Mr. Lee. If I went to see my nephews, they call me uncle Lee, their friends call me Mr. Lee.

Another thing I've noticed that is disappearing down here is kids not interrupting when adults are talking. For example, if I'm visiting my nephews and their dad and I are talking, if they have something to ask they'll come over and wait until we finish, or there is a lull in the conversation before they start talking.

Yes well to nephews I'm uncle Gary or mr Gary or friends of mine that have kids call me that. Also Zoe's friends alway call me that too. Mr Gary.

The kids that I don't know well call me Mr. (insert my last name here)

There's a lake here about a quarter of a mile as the crow flies from the house, and there are a ton of geese that stay over there. For some reason they are starting to come over here around the house every once in a while. One was ran over out here a few months ago, and I've seen a couple walk through the woods and across the yard.

I went outside the other night about 2 am to have a smoke and I decided to walk out in the yard and take a leak while I was out there. I never turn the lights on, and its dark as hell out here. I took a few steps off the side walk into the yard, whipped it out and about halfway through one of those freaking geese let out a big honk and scared the living **** out of me. Must have been really close because it was loud as hell.

Stupid freakin' geese. Made me pee on myself.

I'd have to agree.

Yup. I will bring it to apple and see if they will swap it. If not, I may see about getting the button. I promised my youngest he could have this one when I upgrade.
