When I first wake up, I'll lay there for an hour or so and just doze in and out of sleep. Not really a nap, but that's about as close as I usually get to one anymore.

Watched that last night. 
Finally got a nap in. Had it nice and cool in here, pulled the covers all the way up to my chin and when I got cozy I drifted off. Never went fully to sleep, but just kind of in and out for about an hour. Feel much better now.
