Dang. Really sore R arm muscle, lump on my R hip bone the size of an orange, lump on my L shin with a 2" gash, bruised rib. Moron. And I hadn't even started happy hour yet. 
I've been walking RR tracks since I was like 5, walked across these floor joists prob a hundred times, and last night I mis-step and fall through. Doi.
Hoits. Hope my healing ability is up to snuff.
