So the next best is frozen where you doctor it up some. Kind of choose those Brick Oven square things because I like the thinner crust.* At least its food. It's better to drink with some food - even though it cools the buzz a bit (that's why I change to wine after whisky [extended] happy hour - but the bod needs some solid & liquid fuel. Ignore the belly feeling that is tricking you into not eating.
* Anybody else grow up with Jeno's make at home pizza kit made in a square cookie sheet? lolol

Can't really decide what I want. I actually don't want to eat anything (not a good sign for an alcoholic, lol) just can't get an appetite up for food.
Been poking around in the freezer and I've narrowed it down to either a Stouffer's frozen lasagna and some garlic Texas toast, thaw out some beef and make tacos (which is more work than I want to get into tonight with preparing all the extras) or a ribeye with a loaded baked tater and maybe a piece of that garlic toast, or a salmon steak with some rice and green beans.
Decisions, decisions.

Went with the ribeye, got it thawing now. Not sure what to go with it now, just looked and all my taters are really small, not really candidates for a loaded baked tater. May just fix two small ones and cut them up in a bowl skins and all, then top them with some goodies (bacon, butter, cheese).

Bit of olive oil on the open face, some whole rosemary. Grill on the back for 5-8, face down for 5, back for 5-8 or until as soft as you want them (indirect grill at this point).

So Paul, Al, mechanics... looking at this top fuel engine, I see two rocker arm shafts. Prob need two because of head design. 2V but probably big **** valves.
My question is, since they already have two rocker shafts, why didn't they just go DOHC and eliminate all those push rods and the cam in block? And then they could go 4V for better breathing?
Any explanation?

I may be more critical because I'm in the business and I don't like gaudy or over exaggerated things. There is a TON of work here and it is really done well from a quality perspective...he does VERY nice work...however the Hood is god awful ugly and does not flow with the lines of the car and the spoiler is close to being OK but the circles on the back and the dip in the center ruin it. Other than that I do like it but much like the Gone in 60 seconds Eleanor I can't stand the hood! I'm up in the air about the grill...not bad but I'm just unsure if I like it or not.
I own the Mercury version of this car and have spent a lot of time studying the body lines....those two things ruin this car for me.

If so I do have to say that is certainly impressive! Not my cup of tea but all the fabrication that went into is certainly impressive and it came out looking good!
