Whats up everyone? I havnt been in this thread for a while. Just came in to give some news.
I had been working on a Mustang part last year and couldnt get anyone to manufacture it so the idea had to sit for a while. But Finally after almost a year I got a shop to do the work. Put some money down yesterday for an inital batch. Should have finished product in a week and half to two weeks.

My beach week starts Aug 4th....can't come fast enough!
You aren't going to go in August are you? I did that once and never, never, ever will again.....way too freakin hot.

I'm beyond ready for the beach and some time off of work. I hear Thanksgiving is a good time to go (weatherwise). I'm glad I don't need to worry about arranging vacations around school schedules anymore. Makes it so much easier.

I wanted to go to Jake's but wimped out figuring how many different buses/streetcars to get back to the hotel (the hotel has a shuttle to and from OHSU - but not from Jake's. lol).Then after Doc day was over I went to the hotel's cigar bar. I had my list from you and Scott and was looking over the cabinet for some of them when the barkeep came over. I told her I was inexperienced and wanted a mild cigar. She recommened the Perdomo 10th Anni 'Champagne'. It was a good pick and I really enjoyed it. The place filled about 3/4 full and there were 6 or 8 middle age ladies that showed up - dressed nice, sipping wine or cognac, and chewin' a stogie!
It was an enjoyable evening with VO and their Kobe beef burger with applewood bacon was the best burg I've had in years. .

), down to upper 40's at night to cool things down. No dew though. Fed horses at 3 this morning and not a drop of moisture on my boots.

New mower is a beast. I'm loving this thing. It now takes only an hour to cut edge and trim the whole thing.
