If its an acre or less, I'd buy a damned push mower and put that oldest boy out there. It'll be good for him, get him some exercise, teach him about hard work, and let him earn some spending money. Hell, I was doing 2 or 3 yards with a push mower at his age.

I'll cut the grass. Just gotta get him on the weedeater. I hate trimming and edging.

None. She's a good kid, works hard and is a very good student. I told her to stay here for at least a year after she starts working full time so she can save enough to buy her first place instead of renting. But I doubt that will happen. He is paying for all of her college so she wont have any student loans which will be nice for her. Her and her dad butt heads.....constantly. She gets tired of him riding her **** and living by our rules. As long as she's living here she needs to live by them. She will be 21 in October.
